Chapter 13 :: True Love?

SOUND Tweet. Tweet.
TOSHI "Yawn."
He sits up and looks to his left. He looks over to his right.
TOSHI "Hey, Hikaru. Where's Makoto?"
HIKARU "I don't wanna go to school."
TOSHI "He's so lazy."
MIYOKO "Get out you pervert!"
Toshi runs outside.
MIYOKO "Get back here!"
Miyoko chases Makoto in circles.
MAKOTO "Come on Miyo-Chan! Your know fun!"
TOSHI "He's so stupid."
Ari, Kiku, and Kimi come walking out rubbing their eyes.
ARI "What's happening?"
TOSHI "Their at it again."
ARI "Why can't they just tell each other how they feel!"
The twins get an idea. They lean in and whisper in Aris ear.
TOSHI "What are those three up to?"
In the background
MIYOKO "Nasty old pervert!"
Miyoko stops on Makoto.
MIYOKO "Go die!"

Miyoko and the others come back from camping. They all sit down in Miyokos house for a meeting.
HIKARU "Alright! Where to next!"
KIMI "Hot springs!"
HIKARU "Sounds good to me! What do you think everyone?"
EVERYONE "Yea!"
HIKARU "Alright! Hot springs we go!"
He pauses
HIKARU "Eh. We need money."
KIMI "Don't worry about it."
KIKU "We have our own private hot springs we can go to."
HIKARU "Sweet! You guys are the best!"
Kiku and Kimi give each other evil looks laughing.
HIKARU "So how about we all meet at Miyo-Chans house at 8a.m. tomorrow. Bring clothes for a couple days!"
ARI "Yay!"
NORIKO "Would everyone like to stay for dinner?"
EVERYONE "Yea!"

EVERYONE "Thank you for the meal!"
NORIKO "I hope everyone likes it."
Makoto was sitting on one side of Miyoko. Toshi was on the other. They were both blushing and silent.
ARI "Mm! This is so good!"
NORIKO "Im so glad you like it. If there is anything you need give me a call."
TOSHI "She seems really nice Miyo-Chan."
MIYOKO "Yea. She is."
Miyoko smiles.
HIKARU "Miyo-Chan! You should really smile more often and not hide it! Its cute!"
Miyoko blushes and looks away.
Makoto puts his chopsticks in the air.
MAKOTO "I agree."
He laughs. Miyoko glares at Makoto.
MIYOKO "You shut up."
MAKOTO "Hey! Thats no fair! I can have a say in it to!"
MIYOKO "No you can't."
Everyone starts laughing.
MAKOTO "Hey! Thats not funny! Guys! Come on!"

Everyone arrives at Miyokos house.
NORIKO "Good morning everyone. Please come in. The princess is on her way down."
HIKARU "Hey. Noriko. Why do you call Miyo-Chan princess?"
Noriko winks and smiles holding a finger to her mouth.
NORIKO "Secrets."
Miyoko comes running down the stairs wearing her purple dress and her hair up in to buns.
TWINS "Lets go!"

They walk into the hot springs and look around excited. The girls share a room and the boys share a room.
ARI "It's so pretty!"
Everyone gets in their room and starts to un pack.
HIKARU "Im going to go check out the baths with Ari. You guys coming?"
TOSHI "Yea."
MAKOTO "Ill check it out later."
ARI "Miyo-Chan! Come check out the bath with us!"
MIYOKO "I will later."
ARI "Aw!"
HIKARU "Ari lets go!"
ARI "Coming!"
Ari, Hikaru, and Toshi leave.
KIMI "We're going to go look around Miyo-Chan."
MIYOKO "Okay."
The twins go into the guys room. They shut up the door.
SOUND "Bam!"
Makoto turns around.
MAKOTO "What do you guys want?"
KIKU "Funny. Right sis?"
Kimi giggles.
KIMI "Yup."
MAKOTO "Whats funny?"
KIKU "You know Makoto. Miyo-Chans right across the room. Alone."
Kiku winks.
MAKOTO "So?"
KIMI "Isn't there something you want to tell her?"
Makoto blushes and looks away.
MAKOTO "No. What are they up to!"
The twins push Makoto.
TWINS "Don't lie!"
They shove him in the girls bedroom. He falls flat on his face. They shut the screen and run. Miyoko turns around and glares.
MIYOKO "What are you doing here? And on the floor."
MAKOTO "Their so weird. The twins pushed me in here."
Makoto rubs his head. Kimi opens the screen a little. Kiku whispers.
KIKU "Okay Ari. Shoot the arrow right at Makoto."
ARI "Got it!"
Ari aims her arrow at Makoto and lets go. Makoto moves and the arrow its Miyoko.
ARI "Oops. He, he. Sorry."
Miyokos stand up straight.
MAKOTO "Miyo-Chan?"
Miyoko turns around and looks at Makoto with eyes so relaxed. She giggles.
MIYOKO "Ma-ko-to-Kun."
MAKOTO "Miyo-Chan? Whats wrong with her?"
Miyoko starts walking to Makoto. She giggles. Makoto backs up and hits the wall. Miyoko sits down on the floor in front of him and giggles.
MAKOTO "Are you feeling alright?"
MIYOKO "How sweet of you to care Makoto-Kun."
Miyoko leans closer to Makoto.
MIYOKO "I'm so sorry I always hit you. I can't help it. You make me nervous so I result to something so curl."
MAKOTO "Is she telling the truth?"
The twins giggle.
KIKU "This is even better!"
Hikaru and Toshi walk over.
TOSHI "There you are Ari. You cant just run away like that."
HIKARU "What are you guys looking at anyway?"
Hikaru looks in.
HIKARU "What is Miyo-Chan doing!"
Miyoko leans in for a kiss. Hikaru slams the screen open.
HIKARU "Mi-Miyo-Chan!"
Miyoko looks at Hikaru then hugs Makoto.
MIYOKO "Mine."
Makotos face goes red.
MAKOTO "Wha-what!?"
HIKARU "What!?"
TOSHI "What!?"
The twins and Ari giggle. Makoto points at them.
MAKOTO "What did you guys do to Miyo-Chan!"
Hikaru and Toshi glare at them.
HIKARU "We should have known."
TOSHI "Fix her."
ARI "Sorry. I can't."
BOYS "What!?"
ARI "Sorry! I don't know when the effects of my arrow will rub off."
HIKARU "Ari im going to kill you!"
Ari runs behind the twins.
KIKU "Why do you care so much that Miyo-Chan is all over Makoto Hikaru."
Hikaru blushes.
HIKARU "I don't! I just care if Miyo-Chan is herself and not something you 3 made her!"
KIMI "Technically we made her into nothing. Aris arrow makes the persons true feeling come out."
BOYS "What?"
MAKOTO "So Miyo-Chan really meant that?"
Miyoko giggles.
MIYOKO "Makoto-Kun."
Makoto looks at Miyoko and blushes.
MAKOTO "What?"
She giggles.
MIYOKO "Your so cute!"
She squeezes him.
HIKARU "Get her off him!"
The twins skip over to Miyoko and Makoto and pulls her off.
MIYOKO "Aw! Let me go! I want my Makoto-Kun!"

EVERYONE "Thank you for the meal!"
Hikaru comes out with a drink.
HIKARU "You have got to be kidding me."
Miyoko was stuck back on Makoto.
HIKARU "Is that thing going to wear off soon!?"
Miyoko giggles.
MIYOKO "Sleep with me tonight Makoto-Kun!"
HIKARU "No he will not!"
MIYOKO "Your just jealous that your not Makoto-Kun right now."
Hikaru blushes.
HIKARU "Am not. Well. Maybe a little."
MAKOTO "Miyo-Chan. Don't you think its time to get off me now."
MIYOKO "Makoto-Kun! Lets go take a bath!"
Makotos whole face turns red.
BOYS "Wha-wha-what!!"
Miyoko grabs Makotos shirt and drags him out of the room into the hallway.
MAKOTO "Miyo-Chan! Let go!"
Miyoko lets go. She turns around looking sad.
MIYOKO "Do you hate me or something?"
Makoto stand up.
MAKOTO "What! Why would I hate you?"
MIYOKO "You don't want to take a bath with me."
Makotos face turns red.
MAKOTO "It's not that Miyo-Chan. You. Your just not yourself."
Miyoko puffs her cheeks.
MIYOKO "I am to!"
MAKOTO "No your not! Come on ill take you to bed. Maybe you can sleep this off."
Makoto pushes Miyoko to her room.
MIYOKO "No! I don't wanna go to bed unless your with me!"
MAKOTO "Shut up Miyo-Chan."
He shoves her in her room.
MAKOTO "Now stay there and don't come out got it!"
MIYOKO "Meany!"
Makoto shuts the door and heads to his room.

Everyone's sleeping but Makoto.
MAKOTO "Stupid twins. Stupid Ari. Putting Miyo-Chan under a spell like this. But are they right? Is this what Miyo-Chan really feels? It wouldn't be so bad if Miyo-Chan wasn't under a spell."
Makoto feels arms wrap around him.
MIYOKO "Ma-ko-to-Kun."
He hears whispered into his ear.
MAKOTO "Miyo-Chan. I thought I told you to stay in your room. The effects haven't worn off yet!"
MIYOKO "But I missed you."
Makoto stands up and drags Miyo-Chan into the hall way.
MAKOTO "Miyo-Chan! You can't do this! It's not you!"
MIYOKO "Yes it is!"
MAKOTO "No its not!"
MIYOKO "Look Makoto-Kun! You always do this stuff to me! Now when I do it your telling me you hate it?"
Makoto blushes.
MAKOTO "I never said I hated it! But. But I don't want you to do it if your under a spell."
Miyoko pushes Makoto down.
MIYOKO "But. This is how I feel."
Miyoko leans in for a kiss.
MAKOTO "Miyo-Chan would never do this if Ari hadn't shot her with her arrow."
Miyoko almost kisses him.
MIYOKO "Makoto-Kun."
MAKOTO "Wha-what?"
Makotos whole face red.
MIYOKO "I love..."
She stopped. Her whole face turned red and slaps him across the face.
MIYOKO "PERVERT! What the heck did you make me do!"
They both stand up. Everyone wakes up and runs out of their room into the hall.
HIKARU "Miyo-Chan."
MAKOTO "Miyo-Chan! Your back!"
Makoto hugs Miyoko.
MIYOKO "Im back?"
Miyoko pushes Makoto off her.
MIYOKO "What the heck do you mean im back!?"
TOSHI "Ari put a spell on you that made you fall in love with Makoto."
Miyoko blushes.
MIYOKO "ARI! IM GUNNA KILL YOU!"
She starts chasing Ari.
MIYOKO "Why the heck would you do that! Your such a brat! Get over here!"
Hikaru smiles.
HIKARU "Shes back."
